The Introduction to the Law School of Qingdao University of Science and Technology

青島科技大學(xué)法學(xué)院是學(xué)校重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的文科學(xué)院之一，前身是2001年成立的政法教學(xué)部，2006年成立政法學(xué)院，2011年獨(dú)立設(shè)置法學(xué)院。學(xué)院系山東省法學(xué)會(huì)軍民融合法治研究會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)單位、是齊魯法治文化建設(shè)研究基地、山東省弱勢(shì)群體司法與社會(huì)保護(hù)研究基地、青島市司法干警培訓(xùn)基地的依托單位，是山東省扶持儲(chǔ)備學(xué)科、學(xué)校博士點(diǎn)培育學(xué)科依托單位。學(xué)院已經(jīng)成為山東省、青島市法學(xué)、法律、法治人才和社會(huì)工作人才培養(yǎng)的重要基地。

The Law School of Qingdao University of Science and Technology is one of the key humanities and social sciences schools developed by the university. Qust Law School was established in 2011. Its predecessors are the Teaching Department of Political Science and Law established in 2001 and the School of Political Science and Law established in 2006. The Law School is the chairman unit of the Military-Civilian Integration Law Research Association of Shandong Law Society, the supporting unit for the Qilu Rule Law Culture Construction Research Base, the Shandong Research Base of Judicial and Social Protection for Vulnerable Groups, and the Qingdao Judicial Staff Training Base. It is also a supporting unit for the Shandong supported and reserved discipline and the doctoral program cultivation discipline of the university. The Law School has become one of the important education bases for law talents and social work talents in Shandong Province and Qingdao City.

學(xué)院辦學(xué)層次豐富。學(xué)院目前設(shè)有法律和社會(huì)工作2個(gè)系，擁有法學(xué)、社會(huì)工作2個(gè)山東省一流本科專業(yè)。擁有法學(xué)碩士一級(jí)學(xué)科點(diǎn)，法理學(xué)、民商法學(xué)（含知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法）、刑法學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)法學(xué)、環(huán)境與資源保護(hù)法學(xué)等5個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科；擁有法律碩士（包括法學(xué)法律碩士和非法學(xué)法律碩士）授權(quán)點(diǎn)；擁有社會(huì)工作碩士（MSW）授權(quán)點(diǎn)。目前本科、研究生在校生1000余人。

The Law School has rich layers of education. The Law School currently has two departments, the department of law and the department of social work. The Law School has two Shandong first-class undergraduate majors respectively in law and social work. The Law School has a first-level discipline point of master of law(academic) with 5 second-level disciplines, including jurisprudence, civil and commercial law (including intellectual property law), criminal law, economic law, and environmental and resource protection law. In addition, the Law School has an authorization point for the Master of Law (including Master of Law for LL.B. and Master of Law for non-LL.B.), an authorization point for Master of Social Work (MSW). At present, there are more than 1000 undergraduate and graduate students in the Law School.

學(xué)院師資力量雄厚。學(xué)院聘有教授10人、副教授14人，講師27人，其中碩士生導(dǎo)師28人，聘有校外碩士生導(dǎo)師30余人。學(xué)院有10余位教師擔(dān)任中國(guó)法學(xué)會(huì)法學(xué)教育研究會(huì)、中國(guó)社會(huì)工作學(xué)會(huì)、中國(guó)社會(huì)工作教育協(xié)會(huì)、山東省法學(xué)會(huì)、山東省社會(huì)學(xué)會(huì)、山東省社會(huì)工作協(xié)會(huì)及其專業(yè)學(xué)會(huì)的會(huì)長(zhǎng)、副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、常務(wù)理事、理事等，有10位教師獲得省、市級(jí)專業(yè)人才稱號(hào)并享受政府人才津貼待遇，有30余位教師兼任律師、社工師、仲裁員等社會(huì)職務(wù)。

The Law School has an excellent faculty. It hires 10 professors, 14 associate professors and 18 lecturers, including 28 master supervisors. And it has more than 30 practice tutors outside campus for graduate students. The Law School has more than 10 teachers serving as the president, vice president, executive director and director in the Legal Education Research Association of the China Law Society, the China Society of Social Work, the China Association of Social Work Education, the Shandong Law Society, the Shandong Social Work Association and other academic societies. More than 10 teachers have won provincial and municipal professional talent titles and enjoy the government talent allowance. More than 30 teachers concurrently serve as lawyers, social workers, arbitrators and other social positions.

學(xué)院學(xué)科平臺(tái)和學(xué)科專業(yè)建設(shè)成績(jī)斐然，形成了知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)特色的法學(xué)品牌專業(yè)和實(shí)踐特色突出的社會(huì)工作品牌專業(yè)，并且在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法、民商法、法理學(xué)、刑法學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)法、國(guó)際商法等6個(gè)方向積累了較強(qiáng)的實(shí)力。學(xué)院現(xiàn)擁有1個(gè)省級(jí)文科實(shí)驗(yàn)室（軍民融合發(fā)展大數(shù)據(jù)分析與治理創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)室），3個(gè)省級(jí)研究平臺(tái):山東省弱勢(shì)群體司法與社會(huì)保護(hù)研究基地、山東省齊魯文化法治研究基地、山東省研究生教育聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)基地（青島科技大學(xué)與青島市中級(jí)人民法院共建）。1個(gè)省級(jí)扶持儲(chǔ)備學(xué)科（法學(xué)），1個(gè)校級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科（經(jīng)濟(jì)法學(xué)），2個(gè)校級(jí)人文社科研究基地（知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究基地、軍民融合法治研究中心），7個(gè)院級(jí)研究中心。有山東省一流課程2門，省級(jí)精品在線課程10門，校級(jí)精品課程3門、優(yōu)秀課程3門，課程思政示范課程8門，線上線下混合課程15門。

The Law School has made remarkable achievements in the construction of discipline platforms and discipline majors. It has built up a law major brand with intellectual property characteristics and a social work major with outstanding practical characteristics, and has accumulated strong strength in 6 major directions including intellectual property law, civil and commercial law, jurisprudence, criminal law, economic law, international commercial law. At present, it has one provincial-level humanities and social sciences laboratory (Military-civilian integration development big data analysis and governance innovation laboratory) and three provincial-level research platforms: the Shandong Research Base of Judicial and Social Protection for Vulnerable Groups, the Shandong Qilu Rule of Law Culture Research Base, and the Shandong Joint Training Base of Postgraduate Education (jointly established by Qingdao University of Science and Technology and Qingdao Intermediate People's Court). The Law School has 1 provincial-level supported and reserved discipline (law), 1 university-level key discipline (economic law), 2 university-level humanities and social science research bases (Intellectual Property Research Base, Military-civilian Integration Rule of Law Research Center), and 7 college-level research centers. The Law School has 2 provincial first-class courses and 10 provincial excellent online courses in Shandong Province, 3 university-level quality courses, 3 university-level excellent courses, 8 university-level ideological and political education model courses and 5 online and offline hybrid courses.

學(xué)院科研成果豐富。近年來(lái)，學(xué)院教師出版了30余部高水平著作、教材，發(fā)表了200余篇高水平科研、教研論文，承擔(dān)了國(guó)家社科、教育部人文社科研究項(xiàng)目等省、部級(jí)以上科研項(xiàng)目90余項(xiàng)，獲得了山東省社科優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)等一批省市級(jí)以上教研、科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，在學(xué)界產(chǎn)生了良好的影響。

The Law School has rich academic research achievements. In recent years, the Law School faculty have published more than 30 high-level books and textbooks, and published more than 200 high-level academic research and teaching research papers, and undertaken more than 90 academic research projects at the national, provincial and ministerial levels, such as the national social sciences, the humanities and social science research projects of the Ministry of Education. The faculty has won a number of teaching research and academic research awards at the provincial and municipal levels such as the Shandong Provincial Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award, which has exerted a certain influence in the academic circle.

學(xué)院教學(xué)質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)良。學(xué)院堅(jiān)持人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是學(xué)院生存和發(fā)展的生命線。堅(jiān)持以學(xué)生為中心，著眼于提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的社會(huì)責(zé)任感、創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力，致力于與法律實(shí)務(wù)部門、民政部門、社會(huì)工作部門等開(kāi)展深度合作，與青島市中級(jí)人民法院聯(lián)手共建“示范性法學(xué)實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地”，分期分批派學(xué)生赴法院開(kāi)展實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐，以培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型、應(yīng)用型卓越法律人才；社會(huì)工作專業(yè)堅(jiān)持踐行“四年一貫制”專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)。法學(xué)和社會(huì)工作兩個(gè)專業(yè)的考研率歷年來(lái)均居學(xué)校前列，國(guó)家法律職業(yè)資格考試、社會(huì)工作師考試通過(guò)率名列全省前列，公務(wù)員、選調(diào)生考取率、學(xué)生就業(yè)率名列學(xué)校前茅。

Adhering to the belief that the quality of talent education is the lifeline of law school, the Law School offers students high quality teaching which is student-centered with emphasis on improving students' comprehensive quality, sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability. To train compound and practice-oriented outstanding talents, the Law School conducts in-depth cooperation with legal practice departments, civil affairs departments and social work departments, for example the "Model Legal Practice Teaching Base" established jointly with Qingdao Intermediate People's Court and sends students in stages and groups to courts to get practice training. The pass rate of postgraduate entrance exam of the department of law and the department of social work has ranked at the top of the university over the years. The pass rate of the national legal professional qualification examination and the social worker examination ranks at the top among universities in Shandong Province. The pass rate of civil servants examination, elite students selecting examination and employment rate ranks at the top in the university.

學(xué)院對(duì)外交流合作蓬勃發(fā)展。近年來(lái)，學(xué)院加強(qiáng)了與國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)和辦學(xué)單位的聯(lián)系與合作，積極參與學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)，豐富學(xué)術(shù)資源，擴(kuò)大學(xué)院影響力。與美國(guó)阿克倫大學(xué)、南加州大學(xué)、韓國(guó)全南大學(xué)、加拿大多倫多大學(xué)、香港城市大學(xué)、臺(tái)灣中國(guó)文化大學(xué)等境外高校有著廣泛的合作，設(shè)有多個(gè)教師交流訪學(xué)、學(xué)生互派訪學(xué)項(xiàng)目，為學(xué)院教師、在校研究生、本科生提供了豐富的交流學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。

The international communication and cooperation of the Law School grows fast. In recent years, the Law School has strengthened its contacts and cooperation with domestic and international academic institutions and education units, actively participated in academic communication activities, enriched academic resources, and expanded the influence of the Law School. It has extensive cooperation with overseas universities such as the University of Akron, the University of Southern California, Chonnam University, the University of Toronto, the City University of Hong Kong, and the Chinese Culture University in Taiwan, and has set up a number of exchanging and visiting programs for teachers and students, providing rich opportunities of communication and study for teachers, graduate students and undergraduates.
